I recently had the pleasure of trying VIE cooking oils including coconut oil, sesame oil and mustard oil. Each of these oils impressed me with their quality & versatility. VIE’s commitment to purity, aroma, and consistency is evident. The coconut oil, in particular, is creamy, tropical, and aromatic-perfect for both cooking and wellness routines.
I recently switched to Vie’s cooking oil, especially sesame and peanut oil while trying to eat healthier. I used it for frying and for other South Indian dishes over the past few weeks. As a Keralite, coconut oil is always our go-to for curries and fries, though we do use sunflower oil at times. We were initially hesitant to try mustard oil from Vie. But after speaking with their team, I decided to use their yellow mustard oil for a non-veg fry.
